Dear Valued Guest,
Due to Covid -19 and to reduce exposure, we are offering a “grab and go snack bar” with fresh fruit & muffins, cereal bars and hot tea and coffee Monday to Friday.
Due to Covid Restrictions, all pool use must be booked in advance, please speak with our front desk staff to book your time.

On Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holiday, we are serving a hot continental breakfast.
At The Thompson Hotel and conference Centre, we recognize the importance of ensuring the safety of our guests and our employees. Our team is taking additional steps to minimize and respond quickly to meet all health and safety commitments to our guests, staff members, and our community.
We understand the importance of a safe and healthy travel for all our guests. We continue to cautiously provide the highest of priorities for your stay while health restrictions begin to lift across Canada. We also understand many of our guests may have questions about their health and safety while staying with us.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our program is focused on providing high standards of hygiene and cleanliness procedures through the support of Worksafe BC and Interior Health.
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas and to reduce personal interaction, we have installed plexiglass shields at our front desk, placed social distancing indicators in all public spaces, and introduced a sanitized check-in and touchless check-out. We have increased
the frequency of sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces and all high-traffic areas using recommended cleaning agents. As an extra safety measure following each check-out our guest rooms are left vacant for up to 72 hours.
We continue to provide a healthy and safe work environment for our employees through training of our health and safety procedures and providing them with personal protective equipment so they can continue to feel safe while taking care of guests.
