Crush on Victoria Sauté + Grill
An innovative new restaurant and lounge featuring a fresh, locally grown and produced, chef's-choice menu, served in a casual upscale environment conveniently located adjacent to the hotel’s main lobby.
Crush is open daily during the summer from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. offering breakfast, lunch and dinner for both hotel guests and the general public. Room service is available daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Thompson Hotel guests on meal plans will enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast with the option to upgrade to an American Breakfast.

The Noble Pig Brewhouse
This exciting new brew house will offer Canadian cuisine with an eclectic and creative flair. The “made from scratch” kitchen means everything possible is made “in house”.
The Noble Pig will offer a selection of five to ten Noble Brews created on site and always on tap, ready to enjoy, plus a rotation of seasonal and specialty beers. In addition, a number of traditional domestic and imported beers will be offered for your enjoyment.
Guests are invited to attend regular tours, tastings and “beer and food pairing” nights.
